    You shouldn’t feel so bad. No one can make risotto, yet that Ramsey keeps having it on the menu every season of Hell’s Kitchen.

    I don’t understand why it’s so hard. I mean, Henry can make it and it tastes really good. Maybe he should try out for Hell’s Kitchen!

    Also, the kind I made was some nasty Target-brand butternut bullshit which sounded good at the time. :/
