JFC as if I wasn’t tired enough this week, Henry and I went to see The Odyssey tonight at the Hollywood, god forbid not in elite cinephile IMAX 70mm. Peasants that we are. 

Guys I’m gonna be real. Yes, I’m familiar with The Odyssey for gods sake. So yes I “understood” what was going on. But I thought the movie itself was pretty overhyped THERE I SAID IT. 

I gave it a 4 overall and Tom Holland grew on me by the end, Matt Damon is always amazing in my book, Mia Goth was a pleasant surprise, god bless the CONTROVERSIAL CASTING that had conservatives, racists and bigots qtipping their dick holes, love Zendaya and Elliott Page forever, sincerely can’t stand Anne Hathaway and think she’s so basic, hated that they said “mom” and “dad” and some of the acting in general just felt cheesy. 

I’m being real here. I liked it and I was all in near the end, but I will never watch it again.
