Random Picture Sunday

2008 Aug 26 026

Hopefully, there will be a day when I stop holding my breath as Chooch ascends/descends a flight of stairs. Hopefully, that day comes soon.

i hope your day comes soon.
i was horrible about that when johnathan was wee!
and when we moved to sc we moved into a townhouse, he began sleepwalking. COMPLETELY freaked me out. we put a gate at the top of the stairs and luckily, he never fell.
it took me a long time and i still watch over him protectively when he’s on stairs!
i have been told more than once that i’m overprotective, though. *sigh*

Steps are so scary! We used to keep a gate at the bottom but he got to the point where he found fifty ways around it, so we stopped putting it up. Most of the day is spent escorting him up and down the steps, because he’s OBSESSED with the upstairs, even if we keep all the doors shut and there’s nowhere for him to go!

    love this picture.

the lighting and angle are so unexpected…
and to catch a shot like this of THOSE little feet.

Thank you! I will tell you this much: I will never attempt to photograph a wedding again! That nearly made me have a stroke. Lol!

After you stop holding your breath about stairs, then you worry about tricycles, then bicycles. Then come skateboards, rollerblades, etc. Then you worry about their getting behind the wheel of a car. It never ends.
